  • Skills and knowledge transfer and ensuring that each of our bespoke empowerment initiatives add value and contribute sustainably to the Supplier Development (SD) and Transformation Agendas of our brand, and of our society.

HR SOLVED’S transformation framework is underpinned by our commitment to developing a positive and long-term legacy as a key component of all projects within which we lend our expertise to.

We therefore aim to align our strategic SD initiatives with government objectives in order to enhance, foster and sustain economic growth and thereby act as a catalyst for transformation.

It is with this in mind that we work proactively to support and create an environment conducive to social and economic empowerment and development.

The aim of our LED initiative is to increase the competitiveness, capacity and capability within the South African supply base by maximising and creating comparative and competitive advantages and of the local and regional suppliers. 

In addition, LED has its roots grounded firmly around the B-BBEE legislation of South African and the empowerment of Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI) and enterprises.  Designing and developing Enterprise and Supplier Development Solutions within a project space.

  • Job creation solutions sparked by project mobilisation (policies and procedures – as well as tracking – regarding this deliverable)
  • Procurement solutions sparked by project mobilisation (policies and procedures – as well as tracking – regarding this deliverable)
  • B-BBEE and scorecard readiness
  • Management and reporting of E&SD targets as well as development and implementation of B-BBEE improvement plan
  • Specialists in development of Skills Programmes
  • Stakeholder Engagement and the development of policies and procedures within this arena
  • Policies and Procedure development specifically focussing on Enterprise and Supplier Development

To date HR SOLVED has worked on multiple mega-projects in a Project Lead capacity for Enterprise and Supplier Development.  Most of the project work has been undertaken in the built environment.  With our expertise also extending to Labour Relations, HR SOLVED also manages the labour relations on such projects as the need arises from time to time.
