HR SOLVED strives to make training one of strategic focus areas of the Company. A successfully executed training component ensures that a business’s objectives are met.

We aim to make training a part of the business culture and ensure that the company reaps the benefits of this and thereby fulfil critical success elements such as succession planning, fulfilling labour laws, increased employee engagement and business performance while lowering operational expenses. 

 

Through our strong relationships developed over time with the SETAs, HR SOLVED is able to generate robust training plans and funding for skills development initiatives such as skills programmes, learnerships, small business accelerators and incubators as well as starting up accredited facilities within organisations who wish to establish training schools – if it is aligned with their long term strategy..

Thus far, HR SOLVED has provided training solutions to a number of projects:

  • Sol Plaatje University – Enterprise and Supplier Development Lead – Planning, Delivery of Small Business Accelerator
    • Writing training material for the hub
    • Training facilitators in their delivery
    • Working with the head of infrastructure of the University to develop the strategy further before launch in 2021
  • Developing the LED strategy for University of Zululand including skills development strategy for EMEs (sub-contractors)
  • Delivering soft-skills training for Beauty Zone and Beauty Scene
  • Approved as the trainer of choice for retail clients like Planet54’s incubator
  • Approved as the trainer of choice for manufacturing clients like Lion Match Products
