HR SOLVED was on-boarded and tasked with restructuring the HR function of one of the largest independent wholesalers in the country. The project is ongoing, and the scope of work is as follows:
- Employee engagement survey
- WBS for Training and Development (planning training based on skills gap analysis)

- Formalisation of job descriptions, employment contracts
